From the hills around Tortona, this organically grown and made wine is delicate yet has a creamy almost Parmigiano rind aromatic, light, refreshing, and very easy to drink. interesting and refreshing white. Unfiltered, so it's a little cloudy. Puts me in the mind of orange wines while it has apple and floral flavors typical of a white wine, there's a slightly funky quality to it.
