This rose is made from almost 100-year-old vines. A Sherry was made from this vineyard three years before bottling. The Sherry was made without the use of spirit but via natural evaporation. The rose was dosed with 2% Sherry prior to bottling to help fill out the back pallet and give a very exciting structure. Its almost french cider-esque with the smell of orange zest and black tea.
