Cool Moon is a blend of gray and white grenache. Dry and fat, with a nice volume, this elegant and perfectly balanced wine has good aging potential. Wild herbs on the nose, but also candied fruits and light floral hints in the background. A phenomenal pressure in the mouth and enormously complex. First the power with phenolics and light bitter substances, then immediately a fresh acidic kick, which is then captured by the pleasant sweetness and fruit structure of apple and pear.
