Sauvignon Blanc from fifty year old vines planted over clay and silex in La Grand-Cléré. The grapes were destemmed by hand and after a month of maceration, pressed slowly to barrel for six months of rest.

A cooler vintage has produced a bright, lifted wine that pours a hazy shade of orange and wows with a perfume of orange and blossoms, whilst zest, salt and tannin bring refreshment in spades.
