Jean-Louis Pinto is a wild man making wine completely naturally from organic grapes that his friends grow around the south of France. This is an unusual blend of red grapes Braucol, Grenache and a white grape Colombard, all fermented with native yeast, aged in amphora and bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added.
