Pretty nice clear Pet-Nat, bubbles are not too foamy and not too dominant. There is a balance of tones of yeast and fruity citrus elements like oranges and their zest, some grapefruit bitters, and maybe a bit of gooseberry. It has some warm ripeness, still a bit of fruity sweetness, and a tiny autolytic toasty twist.
