Wine with a heartbeat. This brutal cuveé is lively, bright, with light body and lovely tannin to accompany and keep things dynamic. 

Roger Diaz (who is also a high school teacher!) has a low-intervention approach to winemaking. He ferments in whole cluster with natural yeast always. He uses no SO2. Diaz's wines are bright, joyful, full of earth, and juicy black and red berried fruit.
