Barbera d'Asti from her vines of around 40 years old, planted over the region's characteristically steep slopes and soft, sandy soils. This spent two months on skins, followed by a year in concrete. From a cooler vintage, it is lean and lifted, with brambly fruits and a remarkable acidity at its core.
