Bink Wines Little Red 2019
Type: Red
Producer: Bink
Country: Australia
Region: Adelaide & McLaren Vale
Grape: Zinfandel, Grenache, Cab Franc, Riesling, Gewurtztraminer, Malbec
Year: 2019
Farming: Biodynamic, Natural Vinification
A very light, dry and highly aromatic red made with a blend of red and white grapes. A complex wine with the tropical fruit and floral notes of the Gewurztraminer shines through with the fresh strawberry, red licorice and notes of the red varieties balancing. We recommend drinking it chilled and decanted to allow the captured gas to blow off and the fruit notes to deepen. The vineyards sources farm organically and each variety is fermented with wild yeasts separately and blended together afterwards. The blended wine is then allowed to age in barrel for a further month before bottling without any fining or filtering. The very definition of a summer wine.
